Our Complaints Procedure

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly, fairly and transparently. If you have a complaint about our products, services or the way your claim has been handled, please contact us using the form above, selecting "Complaint" as the nature of enquiry.

We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a final response within eight weeks. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
